There are several prominent names in contention for the title of India's all-time greatest cricket captain. Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi taught the team to hold its head up high overseas. Kapil Dev led his 'devils' to the pinnacle of cricket glory in 1983. Sunil Gavaskar did his reputation no harm at the World Series of Cricket in 1985 and then, through the 1990s, Mohammad Azharuddin went from strength to strength on home turf. Then came Sourav Ganguly: the 'Dada' whose shirt-waving act at Lord's transformed Team India's mentality overnight. Ganguly was followed by 'Captain Cool' MS Dhoni, held by many as the best captain ever, and then by Virat Kohli who has already constructed quite a skipper's resume for himself. Do you still think Ganguly is the best captain Indian has ever had? Take our poll below and have your say in the matter.

Q1. Has 'Dada' been the best captain in Indian cricket?
