India may soon witness a resurgence of COVID-19 cases as the Union Health Ministry on Tuesday expressed concern over the slowdown in the drop of infections. It also warned people against any laxity towards preventive behavior and said co-infections along with coronavirus could be "problematic" during monsoons. It further said the increase in COVID-19 cases around the globe also remains a concern.
Kangra (Himachal Pradesh), July 28 (ANI): One person was injured after heavy boulders fell on his car in Nurpur area of Kangra district on July 27. The injured person was rushed to a hospital where his condition is stated to be stable. The weather office has predicted heavy rain till July 30 in the Himachal Pradesh with a red alert in four districts of Kangra, Mandi, Sirmaur and Bilaspur on July 28.
Minister of State for Health Bharati Pravin Pawar said the current isolation, quarantine, treatment, and other public health measures remain valid in case of re-infections also.
India will likely start administering coronavirus vaccines to children in a matter of weeks, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said this morning, news agency ANI reported.
